Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible, you must cancel the order after receiving the goods. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Klarna, SOFORT, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing your order during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery takes 3-8 days. After placing your order, please allow 12-72 hours for your order to be processed.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 40 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in euros, meaning you may be obligated to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. What if the items I received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective items. Please provide your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the return or cancellation request. For questions about the timing of the credit to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank. If you have not received a credit for your return, follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
What if I only receive one product?
If you have ordered multiple products, we work with our team that collaborates worldwide to provide you with the best deals. As a result, we have different departments working on individual projects. This may result in a difference of approximately 3-5 days between your products.
